Our inventory tracking technology will alert us when machines hit a critical stock level. Most locations get restocked every 5-10 days depending on demand.

How quickly can a vending machine be installed at a new location?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the setup required and availability, it can take between one and four weeks. This process can be expedited in certain circumstances.

How do your smart freezer vending machines work?

Accepted Answer

The AI frozen machine will unlock to customers after they have scanned their card or mobile payment. Once unlocked, the machine will use multiple cameras to watch what is taken out of the machine, and the customer will automatically receive a charge. The machine will not charge the customer for any product until the freezer door is shut.

Using proprietary AI technology, the machine will automatically flag abnormal transactions such as those that involve an intention to mislead the machine. An operator will review the footage and determine if any theft occurred. If so, that user’s credit card will be blacklisted from unlocking the freezer in future transactions.

Yes, depending on the amount of traffic to the location, we can accommodate ready-to-eat meals and healthy options with different machine options. We can always stock our traditional machines with a small variety of healthy treats.

Yes, our selection is constantly rotating to keep fresh and exciting new features stocked.

How do you handle refunds or disputes?

Accepted Answer

Customers can handle all refunds directly through us with no hassle to you. While our machines typically have drop sensors to detect when items are not vended and automatically issue refunds, we understand stuff happens. In the event a customer needs a refund, they can reach out to our service team by submitting a form on our website, and a representative will be in touch within 24 hours. In most cases, a refund can be issued remotely in minutes.
